Wi-Fi Syncing. Automatically sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes any time they’re both on the same Wi-Fi network. iTunes 10.5 no longer requires or includes QuickTime.
How to update to iTunes 10.5
You can update to iTunes 10.5 from Software Update. Click the Start menu and select Apple Software Update. Available updates will be shown. Click Install to download and install them.
If no new updates are available, a dialog appears stating “Your software is up-to-date.”
